What is included with my needlepoint kit?
Each kit typically includes a hand-painted or printed canvas, a tapestry needle, and curated specialty threads. Please refer to the specific product description to see if threads are included or sold separately.
How long does shipping take for hand-painted canvases?
In-stock canvases ship within 3-5 business days. If a canvas is marked as a 'pre-order' or 'backorder,' it can take 4-8 weeks to be painted and shipped from the artist.
Do you offer finishing services for completed projects?
Yes, we partner with professional finishers to turn your stitched canvases into pillows, ornaments, or acrylic trays. Contact our support team for current lead times and pricing.
Can I return a canvas if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unstitched, pristine canvases within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that custom designs and cut-to-measure threads are final sale.
What should I do if I run out of thread?
We keep records of the dye lots used in your kit. Simply email us your order number and the thread color name, and we will do our best to match the dye lot for additional hanks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Greystone Needlepoint ships worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
