At Greystone Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching projects and home decor selections. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused canvases and kits within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all threads and needles included; custom canvases and painted kits are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated shipping address.
Package Securely
Carefully pack your items in a sturdy box to prevent canvas creasing or damage during transit, and include a copy of your original packing slip.
Receive Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
